1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

You request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Non-returnable items include:

Used, washed, or physically damaged items.

Products purchased during a clearance sale or marked as “Final Sale.”

Items without original tags or packaging.
2. Return Process

Email us at info@vantagio.in within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue.

Our team will verify the request and arrange a reverse pickup (if eligible).

Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement.
3. Refund Options

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

COD Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days after receiving your bank details.

If you opt for a replacement, we’ll ship your new item once the returned product passes inspection.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, if not yet shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please take clear photos and email them to info@vantagio.in within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for the same product category and price range, subject to stock availability.
For a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account or payment method again.

Contact your bank or payment provider — sometimes it may take a few days to reflect.
