1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS notification once your order has been confirmed and shipped.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to metros and major cities usually arrive sooner, while remote areas may take a few extra days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, courier delays, festivals).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Orders below ₹999 may include a nominal delivery fee of ₹99.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small handling fee may apply.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order directly from our website or through the courier partner’s tracking portal.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are accurate.
We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Contact the courier service directly for the latest update.

  3. If you still need assistance, reach out to us at info@vantagio.in with your order number.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon — stay tuned!

 

8. Damaged Packages

​

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately at info@vantagio.in.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
